MiaSole manufacturers a CIGS based flexible thin-film PV module that provides high power density for many types of applications. The module bonds to the roof surface with a simple peel-and-stick adhesive. This adhesive approach eliminates the need for racking and reduces labor and logistics cost to provide a 20% lower BOS cost than traditional glass solar systems.    

MiaSole FAQ:

• The modules come in a 13.7” (N) width for standing seam roofs and both a 3’3” (M) width and a 4’3” (W) width for flat roofs. All modules come in either a 5’7” or an 8’6” length. The (N) modules also come in a 19’5” length.
• The low weight of the module allows for installation on roofing without additional engineering or structural bracing
• No roof penetrations, eliminating the worry of leakage and damage to valuable contents within the building
